"Chef Josh" Monopoli has worked in professional kitchens for over 20 years, most recently as chef de cuisine at Vail's famed Mountain Standard, the hip 'younger sibling' of the world renowned Sweet Basil.
A desire to blend his love of fine dining cuisine with the comforts of home led him to embark on a new endeavor as a private chef in summer 2020, he loves bringing the best of Vail dining to your doorstep!
Chef Josh uses his vast culinary knowledge and time-honed skills to create world class experiences, for locals and visitors to the beautiful vail valley (and beyond!)
Josh employs expert service staff and beverage professionals to ensure every aspect of your event, whether it is an intimate dinner for two, a work function for 50, or a wedding for 200, is professional, utterly delicious, and completely UNFORGETTABLE!
